Thayer Energy Solutions is delighted to announce the return of Raphael Gonzalez as Service Manager. In this key position, Gonzalez will play an instrumental role in ensuring our customers consistently receive the highest level of service and support. As the in-field point of contact, Gonzales will serve as the dedicated liaison between our customers and the execution of lighting projects. He will work to guarantee that each customer’s unique needs are met, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service from project initiation through completion.
Gonzales will also be responsible for daily communication with our installation partners, ensuring they have all the necessary resources and information for a seamless installation process. He will also manage service calls and warranty claims, demonstrating a commitment to taking care of our customers long after the sale and installation are complete.
Thayer Energy Solutions provides turn-key lighting projects for commercial, industrial and the public sector – they are the leaders in energy efficiencies for lighting, controls, and Electric Vehicle Chargers (EVC’s).
